Policies

Your invitation suite is created just for you based on your style, color preferences,  and budget.  Working with our designer, you will be able to make very informed decisions and we will guide you to create  incredibly stylish invitations that are perfect for you.

Payment: To begin the design process, we request a $175 design fee. The balance of your invitation suite is due upon proof approval, before the printing of your invitation suite. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  And, of course, we do accept cash and check.

Proofs: We develop .PDF proofs and email them directly to you. We ask  you to  carefully review your invitation design.  We appreciate your feedback, letting us know what you like, love, and would like adjusted. We do not charge for adjustments to your invitations. However, we do charge for a total re-design. Once you have settled on a design, we ask that you complete our design confirmation form, which indicates that we ready to print. custom invitations will have the opportunity to review an invitation mock-up produced in flat print.  A Letterpress proof will be charged a plate fee.

Rush turnaround: Please contact us for availability.

Sales tax: We charge 8.25% sales tax. If you’re an international customer, you will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Returns: Since your invitations are completely custom and tailored to you, there will be several opportunities to confirm the invitation is perfect. We will not go to print until you are 100% satisfied with the design. You are asked to  complete a design confirmation before we will send anything to print.

Cancellations: Your design fee is non-refundable. Orders cancelled after final proof approval will be billed in full.
