Your custom process will begin at your consultation with our graphic designer. You will have an opportunity to review some of our previous custom invitations and discuss your style and vision for your wedding. We will develop the direction and important style elements for your invitation suite based on the foundation established at your consultation.
We want to learn about your style and make sure that we understand your vision. To that end, it will be incredibly helpful if you bring color swatches, tear sheets, patterns, photos and your ideas.
After you have hired Imaj design you will receive:
1. A detailed production schedule and pricing options:
We will outline our timeline, more details about the design process and our design policies.
2. A proof (.pdf) of our initial design concpets:
We will send you the first .pdf proof of our initial design concepts once
we have your signed contract and deposit.
We will make adjustments based on your feedback. Four rounds of revisions are free. Typically, we will not need many revisions.
3. invitation Mock-up:
A time to view the invitation as a complete ensemble. We will play with paper, review embellishment options, confirm colors and finalize the details.
4. Production and Delivery
We will print, assemble and delivery your gorgeous invitations! You will love them!
We look forward to meeting with you, but this isn’t a pre-requisite to working with us. With busy schedules and long distance, a face to face meeting may not be practical. We will be able to create your one-of-a kind design by communicating with you via phone and email. Although Imaj is located in the heart of Dallas, we work with clients all over the world.
